Labour Charges

Rates are per square foot, covering both electrical and plumbing labour for the respective floor. Materials are not included.

Terms & Conditions

Contract Terms

Please read all terms carefully before confirming your project. These govern all labour contracts undertaken by SELFTRAX.

Labour Only Contract

The above rates are strictly for Labour Charges Only. The Client shall supply all materials at site as per our approved material list prior to commencement of work.

Luxury / Premium Fittings

Installation of Rain Showers, Sensor Taps, Body Jets, Jacuzzi will attract Extra Labour Charges. Rate will be decided based on work complexity prior to installation.

High Pressure Line Requirement

If water pressure exceeds 1.5 Bar or if a Pressure Pump is used, only UPVC Schedule-40 / CPVC SDR-11 Grade Pipes should be used. Only ISI Marked Water Grade Standard Pipes are permitted for high pressure lines.

Electrical Extra Works Not Included

The following works are NOT INCLUDED in the above rate and will be charged extra at actuals:

Plumbing — No Trenching

All plumbing work is without Trenching / Excavation. If trenching is required for any reason, it will be charged extra at actuals separately.

Client Scope

Chipping, Plastering, Water supply arrangement at site, and Trenching (if required) shall be arranged by the Client at their own cost and schedule.

Other Extra Works

Core Cutting, Water Proofing, and any other civil-related works are not included in this scope and will be quoted and charged separately at actuals.
